Numerology Compatibility: Find Your Perfect Partner!

Numerology Compatibility

Numerology Compatibility uses the letters and numbers in Numerology to find your soul. People find comfort and truth in numbers because they have a language of truth.

Numbers are legitimately known to be a universal language. Numerology focuses on the belief that numbers have energy traits that connect with our personalities and life events. Numerology believes numbers go so far as to influence our story.

Numerology Compatibility finds your perfect partner by comparing the numbers in the 5 Core vibrations.

  • Life Path
  • Relationship
  • Soul Urge
  • Personality
  • Expression Numbers

With your partner’s numbers using a deep, detailed analysis to see if you are the perfect match or if you are on the lookout, Numerology Compatibility will tell you who you should be looking for.

If numbers are powerful, it would make sense that we should be able to harness the power they have in the universe to find that perfect partner. Numerology captures the essence of specific traits in a person. The theory is to tap into that power and find the characteristics that are an ideal match on the compatibility scale for us.

So, how do we go about this task?

How Numerology Compatibility Works

Numerology not only tells you about yourself, but it tells you about who your perfect partner will be. Each letter of the alphabet corresponds to a particular number. Taking the number in your name and birthday and translating the meaning can tell you about what types of traits your perfect partner should have.

You are also able to discern a life path number.  The life path number is crucial to know as it reveals the good (blessings) and bad (shadows) that you will face in your life. This is important in determining how you and your partner’s traits will complement each other during the rough times as well as the good.

The Life Path Number

You must know your life path number before you can apply Numerology to any relationship.  The life path number is calculated by summing up your birth date.  Then using this number, you can learn about your traits, talents, and challenges.  To calculate your life path number, you need:

  • Date of your birth
  • Month of your birth
  • Year of your birth

These numbers are then converted to single digits using addition unless the numbers are 11 or 22.  For example, if you were born in November (11), you would not convert the number.

The numbers 11 and 22 are Master Numbers in Numerology.  This is an example of how to create your life path number:  DOB: December 5, 1972

December (12)1 + 2 =3
5th5 =5
19721 + 9 + 7 + 2=19
Total27
Then take the total2 + 7 =9

The Life Path Number = 9

If you are still uncertain how to come to this number, Numerology Calculators are available to compute your number and tell you all about your life path number. Each life path number carries specific traits with is, much like what horoscopes do. Below is an extremely abbreviated list of some of those traits.

The Relationship Number

The relationship number defines how you handle relationships and deal with others.  It also describes what you need out of those relationships. You get this number by the letters of your name.

If you have a nickname, you would use that; it doesn’t need to be your name at birth. Generally, people use their full name and use their maiden name.

You should lean toward using the name that you are called daily. The relationship table to translate your name to a number looks like this:

123456789
ABCDEFGHI
JKLMNOPQR
STUVWXYZ

From this list, you convert each letter to a number.  Write down the numbers and add them together until you reduce the number to a number between 1 and 9.  This is your relationship number.  For example, Name: Kelly Smith.

2 + 5 + 3 + 3 +7 +1 + 4 + 9 + 2 + 8 = 45

4 + 5 = 9

The relationship number is 9.

1You can exude confidence and charisma, making friends easily, but you don’t like anyone getting too close.  You appreciate a wide circle of casual friends.  You can be spontaneous in relationships and headstrong.  You enjoy being admired, and if your partner doesn’t make you feel like their entire world, you say goodbye.Your Perfect Partner is:

1, 2, 5 & 9

2You thrive on intense, close connections in relationships.  Feeling physically and emotionally connected to your partner is important.  You appreciate romance.  You are protective but also very sensitive and tend to draw into yourself when you feel insecure.2, 4, 6 & 8
3You are a social butterfly.  You play a seductive role in the relationship and are the epitome of entertainment.  You don’t like being tied down, which leads to a few bedpost notches, and you are always looking out for the next one if they prove interesting enough.  A bit erratic, you need someone that will keep it exciting.1, 5, 7 & 8
4You consistently practice discipline and are practical with any relationship.  You appreciate harmony and peace and do not like the dramatic person because you are not keen on conflicts.  You dream of passion in your life every once in a while, and will shake things up if you have to.2, 4, 6 & 8
5You are addicted to variety.  You appreciate intellectual and witty conversations.  This quality provides for a hefty list of people that like to hang out with you.  You tend to get bored quickly, so you need a partner to keep you entertained while simultaneously giving you a lot of space as you are independent.1, 5, 8 & 9
6You love pleasing people and avoid conflict.  Your relationships are generally calm and balanced.  You prefer long-time, stable relationships in both friends and a partner to build a happy home together, which makes you feel safe and is a place where you are secure.2, 4, 6 & 8
7You have a romantic, vivid imagination that tends to create issues in relationships as they don’t live up to expectations.  Your charming and sensitive nature leads you to fall in love easily but keeping them is a whole other thing.  Your dream world is better than your relationship.3, 5, 7 & 9
8A real power player that tends to be decisive driven organized, and, let’s face it, a bit controlling.  You tend to like things your way, which makes your relationship unbalanced.  Trust is crucial for you, and you need to know your partner is committed 100%.  You are persistent and relentless in making things work.2, 3, 4 & 6
9A completely free spirit allows you to be friendly and easygoing.  These traits open the door for a big circle of friends.  You are on the move a lot, which makes commitment hard because you hate being tied down.  Your partner will need to be equally transient.1, 2, 5 & 7

Soul Urge Number

The Soul Urge number, also called the Heart’s Desire Number, is composed of the vowels of your name utilizing the same letter to number chart above.

The Soul Urge number divulges what is in your heart. Things that you may not know or things you may not have told anyone else. This number is to show what your true motivation is for everything that you do down to the choices that you make.

Personality Number

The personality number describes your personality in detail. This is who you are when interacting with people in the world. It is also referred to as Quiet Self because it indicates what you dream of doing and not necessarily your outward behavior. It is a key indicator in revealing your levels of:

  • Self-confidence
  • Self-worth; and
  • Self-love
  • How you will grow and develop

The Personality Number is made up of the consonants in your name. A numerologist would consider how all of these numbers blend before creating a profile of who your ideal mate is. The life path number and the relationship number tend to hold more weight on compatibility.

Expression Number

The Expression Number is also referred to as the Destiny Number. This number is thought to tell you about your strengths and weaknesses as well as challenges that are coming your way.

It provides insight on where to focus your energies in order to navigate the situation.  To find your Expression Number, you add up all the letters of your name at birth and get it down to one digit by adding, or until you arrive at a Master Number, whichever is first.

Master Numbers in Numerology

The Master numbers draw extraordinary power because they represent three phases of creation:

  • 11 – the visionary
  • 22 – the architect
  • 33 – delivers it to the world

Being the visionary means, you are a seer and possess intuition more than any other number. You excel in cooperation and influence on a spiritual plane.

Being the architect means you are blessed with intuition and practical effort, which means you can take dreams and build them into realities. You can envision ideas and craft them into the real world.

Being the deliverer means that you carry the responsibility of teaching others and bringing enlightenment.

Types of Numerology

The Numerology numbers above are derived from the Pythagorean or Western Numerology letter to number sheet; however, there are different types of Numerology that would lead to different numbers.

  • Pythagorean/Western Numerology is the most commonly used system. This method was developed by the Greek philosopher Pythagoras.  This type of Numerology analyzes both full name and birth date.
  • Chaldean Numerology is also known as Mystic Numerology. This is the oldest Numerology established in ancient Babylon.  It is considered to be more accurate, but far more difficult which is why it is less popular.
  • Kabbalah Numerology originated as Hebrew mysticism and is based off the Hebrew alphabet. This is incredibly difficult and not often used.
  • Abracadabra Numerology is the least used form of Numerology. It uses the name and a series of triangles to derive answers which makes it extremely difficult to learn.
  • New Kabbalah Numerology is Kabbalah Numerology that has been adapted to the Greek and Roman calendars. It uses the Pythagorean alphabet but is more focused on events rather than character.
